Kenya’s parliament says the committee examined KRA accounts for 2015/16–2020/21, questioned the lack of sufficient evidence of competitive bidding and asked about local subsidiaries and euro-denominated payments. It lists a 2013 contract, a replacement in 2015 and addenda in 2021 and 2022.
